So many funny things happen within my business hours and non-business hours with children that I come in contact with, that I thought it would be great to share them here. If anyone has a 'kids say the funniest things' story, feel free to share it with me and I will post it.
We all need an everyday laugh.

This last weekend, I was home here with my grandson who is 3. I was on the phone with a friend trying to figure out something on a web site that we are working on. He was standing behind me on the chair, and in the back of my mind, I can recall my grandson saying to me "this isnt gonna hurt Gramma", but I really was not paying much attention to what he was doing. So, after what seemed like the 4th time of hearing him chant this in my ear, I finally stop what I was doing and asked him, "What isn't going to hurt, honey?"
He replies back, (while touching my ear) "Im gonna pierce yer ear" and I look at him and here he is holding my PAPER PUNCH.
*he relates this to getting his own ear pierced awhile back and it did not hurt*

"Grandma.. I think you need to go to TIME OUT." I replied with, "Gladly honey! I would love to go there about 5 times a day!"
(Wow did I get a puzzled look - when he gets to be my age, he will totally relate)
Wow, I know there were lots of moments in between this time frame that were funny, but I have really ignored this website - I hope to be better in the future. I do not want to forget the funnies! Those make my days!

My Grandson saw a Girl Scout Commercial and Yells.. Gramma, Those Golden Cookies do special things! I said.. like what? He said..they can make you so HAPPY! Of course, when we did a video, he changed his words, just watch!

Funny of the day was at lunchtime - my 5 yr old Grandson: "Grandma, I wish you had 4 arms!" (he was being impatient - wanted his milk and I was serving others as well.)
Date Unknown - a 3 yr old girl in my daycare was dancing to music and I told her.. You are a great dancer! She turned to me with her hands on hips and said.. Gramma, I not a dancer, I a ROCKSTAR! (and that she is!)
